Prior to joining the ODAF team in fall of 2022, Ashley served as an Assistant Coach for the ODU Women’s Lacrosse Team. In addition to her coaching experience, Ashley is a two-time ODU Alumna and was a four-year starter on the ODU Lacrosse Team and an All-CAA performer, ranking 8th in program history for points with 152, and 4th in program history for goals with 128.
Ashley is a native of Downingtown, Pennsylvania but has lived in Norfolk since attending ODU in 2006. Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from ODU in 2010, and a Masters Degree in Sports Management from ODU in 2011.
Ashley and her husband, Stephen, live blocks from ODU’s campus and enjoy spending time outdoors and on the water with their two boys and chocolate lab, Rusty!
